In 2024, our founder, Jessica Charlesworth, was building Rocky Mountain ADUs and watching expensive leads pile up in a CRM nobody had time to call. She was the customer this company was supposed to serve, and she couldn't get anyone to call her back either.
In 2025 she was approached to acquire the appointment-setting company that she utilized to process RMAs leads. But buying it was the easy part. What turned it into Qualified Lead Solutions was the team that rebuilt it from the ground up. Karsyn, Irieanna, Kiana, Kelsea, Olivia, and Jordan didn't inherit a company, they built one: new systems, new standards, and a way of working that never depends on any one person's good day.
The method we sell now, the H.E.A.R.T. Sales System and the Human+AI Pod, isn't one person's idea. It's what all of us built, tested, and refined on real calls with real homeowners. Every one of us has sat in the gap between a lead and a callback and figured out how to close it.
We're building QLS the way we wish more companies were built: women-led, systems-first, honest about the numbers, and designed so ownership and opportunity flow to the people doing the work. This isn't one founder's company. It's ours.
What we sell is simple. We own everything from the first touch to the warm handoff, so the people on the ground can do what they do best: close the deal and build the thing.
